The great thing about Threes are that they are attractive communicators; motivating leaders who inspire and encourage others.

The hard part about being a Three is that they can be competitive, come across as fake and deceptive and be plagued by a fear of failure.

Type Threes are the ones voted most likely to succeed. They are driven, well-organized, and visionaries. They are people who both set and crush goals, while making it all look good… because they are super image-conscious. They have a canny ability to walk into a room and understand how they need to present themselves so that they appear successful.

The shadow side of type Threes is that they can be chameleons. They have an ability to adapt to their environment. They can readily adjust their personalities to fit in with those around them, which has the unfortunate side effect of seeming inauthentic and cause them to dismiss who they actually are.
