The Enneagram is an ancient typing system that is designed around the idea that there are 9 types of personality. As one of these 9 types, we all have different areas we focus on in our everyday life. What makes the Enneagram special is it's the ability to not only describe what we focus on but the motivation behind why we focus on what we do.
As a Certified Enneagram Coach, I'll work with you so that you can figure out and better understand where your focus is and why. Together we will work out what it means to be your number, as you begin to notice the difference that this understanding brings to your life. Then I'll journey with you as you use this information to live out your healthy self by developing better habits that more clearly coincide with the life you were designed for.
Figure It Out.
1 Session - $75
This is a 45 minute coaching session where I will guide you to discover your type. It includes an online assessment and virtual call where we work though your results to help you understand your number.
Work It Out.
5 Sessions | Cost: $100 per session ($500 total) | Duration: 5 x 60 minute sessions
This consists of five 1 hour sessions where we “Work Out” what it means to be your number. By the end of these sessions, you will have a deeper understanding of your specific personality, your motivations and fears. We will explore the barriers in your life and work on how you can become the best version of your Enneagram type, understand how you were created and improve all areas of your life.
Live It Out.*
3 to 5 Sessions | Cost: $110 per session
This is where we work through a specific challenge or barrier in your life. You will choose specific goals and develop your understanding of the Enneagram to help you achieve them.
*completion of the Work It Out session is a prerequisite
